You should definitely go. Its an experience not to be missed. I hope to find some similar action the fist week of May and I will be posting about it unless I get my butt kicked.
You know you got to go... It's in your blood now and this is a rite of passage. Then look at some baby tarpon and snook back in the mangroves and if you can find some bastard that will chum up some shark for you try some those nasty bastards on a 10 weight. Some day it will be too late. You take the fire in your gut and you go fish it!
Mystic ~ Looking forward to the post...MidgeMan ~ I know you are right...but,this fire inside just seems to be getting out of control!!
I thought for sure she'd get pulled right off that platform.
Makes me want to dust off the old kayak and go cruise some marshes and creeks for tarpon, redfish, and cobia. That'll require a new fly pole. :) Been looking for a reason. Not that we ever really need a reason for a new rod.
Clif ~ Yes, it would have made for great entertainment...but she endured well!Mark ~ Ahhh...go ahead! Tarpon on a kayak would be amazing!!
Damsel- Get out there! Midge Man's right...plus we'll all get to hear about your adventure when you get back!
Sanders ~ It's on the list for Spring 2012. Too many trips this year already... :) All good!!
